Go Full-Time On Your Dream
Historically, technical software developer founders have had a major edge—they build their own products and attract more attention from investors. In some areas, just 20% of founders are technical, leaving others behind. Our tools, systems, and community close that gap, enabling all founders to turn their vision into software with AI and expert support. Now, you’re the technical founder.
"It’s a horrible feeling when you’re building software and don’t know how to drive the ship or who is holding the keys to your code. CodeBuddy is specifically designed to put you in control of your software journey."
Devon Seacrest
Founder + CEO, CodeBuddy

How it Works
1. Pay Deposit
Submit $500 down payment to get assigned a project manager. This payment is credited towards future work.
2. Project Plan Creation
Meet with an internal CodeBuddy staff to go over the CodeBuddy model, tour rIDE, and break down your project into the first workflows using rIDE. Requires
3. Project Quoting
CodeBuddy staff reviews your workflows and breaks them into more technical details. They send an email with your workflows, costs, sprint details, and software development agreement for review.
4. Project Kickoff Meeting
Upon accepting the quote, we will set up a meeting with your Project Manager and CodeBuddy to set up your rIDE account and go over the typical sprint process.
5. Workflows
All tasks are managed in rIDE as workflows so you have full visibility and control of what is being developed.
6. Sprint Feedback
At the end of each sprint, we perform a Sprint Testing Session. This is a 1-hour recorded session where we walk through all the tasks of the sprint on the customer’s environment and make sure that the workflows are successfully implemented. If there are issues then we record them in rIDE.
7. Project Closing
At the end of the project, we perform a 1.5 hour recorded Project Closing meeting where we shall walk through the entire app with the customer and make sure that everything is working on your machine. If there are any issues then we shall add to the Project Closing Agenda.
