We are currently seeking a highly skilled .NET (C#) Developer, with front-end (React), and IDesign architecture experience, to join our talented team to enhance our platform and mentor customers using our platform.

Type: Full-time. Location: This is a hybrid position. We have a physical office at 3201 Pioneers Blvd, Suite 35, Lincoln, NE 68502. In-office is supported but not mandatory.

‍Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain robust, scalable .NET (C#), React, Azure applications and services.

● Train customers on how to use our developer tools and how to build professional .NET/React applications (“Product Coaching”)

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

● Work on customer service projects or our internal product.

● Work closely with the Project Manager to meet project milestones.

● Optimize application performance and resolve bugs and issues.

‍Qualifications

● At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.

● At least 3 years of experience in front-end web frameworks like React (HTML/CSS/TypeScript).

● Experience building and utilizing document databases.

● Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns (we use IDesign).

● Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps

● Strong problem-solving skills.

● Passion for working with AI/LLMs.

‍Desired Skills

● Experience in Azure, GitHub, and Supabase is a strong plus.

● Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

● Excellent debugging and optimization skills.

● LLM training is a plus.

● Progressive web app or Electron development is not required, but is a plus
